Welcome to EB-W Fitness – fun and friendly and welcoming to all! Our 5 Week Bootcamp at Lydbrook Memorial Hall is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your fitness journey, build strength, and connect with like-minded people.
Whether you're returning to exercise, looking to improve your fitness, or simply want an hour to focus on yourself, our bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels. Emily will guide you through dynamic, effective workouts that combine cardio, strength training, and core work – all in a fun, non-judgmental environment. Sessions are group led but can be tailored to the individual.
Each 60-minute session is carefully structured to maximize results while keeping you motivated and engaged. You'll work at your own pace with modifications available for all exercises, ensuring everyone feels challenged but never overwhelmed. Plus, you'll be part of an amazing group who support and encourage each other every step of the way!
The bootcamp runs for 5 consecutive Thursdays from 26th February to 26th March 2026, giving you the consistency needed to see real results. At just £35 for the full programme , it's an affordable way to invest in your health and wellbeing.

Important: If you're postnatal, please ensure you have been cleared by your GP or health visitor before starting exercise. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks after birth (longer for C-section).

Do I need to be fit to join?
Not at all! Our bootcamp welcomes all fitness levels. Exercises are modified to suit everyone, and you work at your own pace.
Can I bring my baby/children?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children during the sessions for safety and insurance reasons. This is your time to focus on you!
What happens after the 5 weeks?
We run regular bootcamp blocks throughout the year! Many participants continue with our ongoing classes and programmes.
Is there parking available?
Yes! There is limited Free parking adjacent to the Hall. Paid parking is available on the Recreation Car Park - 5 min walk from the Hall.
